GENERAL INFORMATION

This tournament was created with the aim of decreeing the new individual world champion!

The tournament ensures that top5 finishers of each individual national championship qualify to participate.

The communities participating are the following (with spots):

 

BRAZIL ✅ (5 managers)

POLAND ✅ (5 managers)

ITALY ✅ (5 managers)

SPAIN  ✅ (5 managers)

ARABIA ✅ (5 managers)

SERBIA ✅ (5 managers)

URUGUAY ✅ (5 managers)

ARGENTINA ✅ (5 managers)

INDONESIA ✅ (5 managers)

VENEZUELA ✅ (5 managers)

PORTUGAL ✅ (5 managers)

FRANCE, BELGIUM, SWITZERLAND, LUXEMBOURG, CAMEROON, NETHERLANDS ✅ (10 managers)

CHILE, COSTA RICA, ECUADOR, PANAMÁ, MÉXICO, BOLIVIA, GUATEMALA, COLOMBIA, CUBA, HONDURAS, NICARAGUA, PARAGUAY, PERU, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC ✅ (15 managers)

 

having a total of 80 managers.


FRANCE, BELGIUM, SWITZERLAND, LUXEMBOURG, CAMEROON, NETHERLANDS have 10 spots because they all play together in the same national championship.


CHILE, COSTA RICA, ECUADOR, PANAMÁ, MÉXICO, BOLIVIA, GUATEMALA, COLOMBIA, CUBA, HONDURAS, NICARAGUA, PARAGUAY, PERU, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC have 15 spots because they all play together in the same national championship.

 

CHAMPIONSHIP AND FORMAT

The tournament will take place in the "manager on top" championship.


With the following format:

  • 1st phase:

- 5 leagues of 16 managers.

- top3 of each league + the best fourth classified advance to the Final.

 

  • Finals

- 1 league of 16 managers.

- Winner is the new World Champion.

 

The criteria to define the best fourth classified is the following:

  1. Points
  2. Goal difference
  3. Number of wins
  4. Best team evolution
  5. Draw

 

GENERAL RULES AND PENALITES

▶️ Advanced league settings:

▶️ Leagues must be created betweenn: 16:00-17:00 GMT-0

▶️ All OSM rules apply to this competition.

▶️ Each coach can be drawn to create the league. There will be 1 PM per league.

▶️ If the league is created with wrong settings, it will be recreated by the same manager.
If the league is created wrongly again, a new PM will be drawn.
And so on until it is created correctly.

▶️ The PM must send the invitations within 5 minutes after the creation of the league.
If the managers don’t receive the invitations, they can report it to any of the admins.
It will consist of a penalty of -3 points.
We advise the PM to record a video during the creation of the league and send the invitations, because if any coach proves that he sent the invitation late, it will be the only evidence in his possession to refute.

▶️ Free choice of team, since they are all of equal squad value.

▶️ Friendlies are allowed.

▶️ Instant sales are allowed.

▶️ Buying players before the first sales simulation is allowed.

▶️ Buying money packs is not allowed, it will consist of a ban for 12 months from SEVO’s competitions.

▶️ Accepting offers from CPUs is allowed.

▶️ It is forbidden to buy a player from another manager, it will consist of a penalty of -2 points for every player bought.

▶️ Combinations of results will be punished according to OSM rules and coaches will be suspended from SEVO’s tournaments.

▶️ Provocations, insults and contempt towards the organization and the organizers will not be tolerated and may lead to the disqualification of this and future editions.

▶️ ANY official changes will be posted on the SEVO forum, it is each participant's responsibility to check.

▶️ All reports of violations must be posted on SEVO forum with prints as proof of the penalty.
It will be subject to analysis and later the penalty will be applied to the coach who committed the infraction.

▶️ A player who withdraws from the competition will be suspended from SEVO tournaments and and will be prevented from participating in competitions organized by SEVO and weproceed as follows:
-if the tournament has yet to start, the next manager of the same nationality of the withdrawn manager will be called.
-if the tournament has already started, the best classified of the previous round will be called.

▶️ Any questions, complaints, requests for information, errors in the rules or notes must be sent via the SEVO forum in the tournament thread.

▶️ As it’s an Unofficial Tournament, the Organization's decision is sovereign.

▶️ SEVO, as sovereign, can modify, add or remove competition rules in case of behaviors not covered previously.

UPDATE:

- Championship 3 will be created by 27Gonza27 instead of yoapno.

- Championship 5 will be created by trkz91, as per draw, but at 19:00 GMT+0 instead of 16:00-17:00 GMT+0.

In league 2 the user from Uruguay, Carbone 1891, I don't think he will enter the league since he has not connected for several days
